Dennis Lautenbacher is the founder and owner of Necessity Tools, LLC. He is a Master R&D Machinist, Tool & Die Maker, Racer and former chief mechanic for the  Bromley Motorcycles / Dan Bromley AMA Pro Flat Track Racing Team. Currently, he's the Car Chief at the PerfectMatch Motorsports Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car Team. In 2018, Denny retired from 55 years of service in industry, but he continues to lend consulting services to those in need.

Denny has been instrumental in developing products for Military, Aerospace & Fire Fighting industries. In the 1980's Ferrari USA recruited him to solve a problem ...one of his many notable accomplishments!  He's also raced cars & motorcycles since the 1960's. Denny's racing accomplishments include a NASCAR Class ET & Speed Record set at Atco Dragway in 1968. He's also earned many class trophies at East Coast Motorcycle Enduros. In 2005, at 65 years old, Denny had the honor of competing on the Bonneville Salt Flats.

Mr. Lautenbacher is an innovator and inventor, who holds a US Patent. His life experiences and knowledge of machinery, tools and engineering have inspired him to launch his own company and its first consumer product, Spring Pullers, in 2021.
